25 Degrees is the only of it's kind in Downtown Huntington Beach, and now in all of California after the closing of the Hollywood Roosevelt 25 Degrees. Upscale without the pretentious attitude, casual without the reduced quality or cutting corners. We're not a fine dining restaurant but we operate and treat the customer's experience like one. We're not just a burger joint either, but our burgers are exceptional and famous. We're not just a bar with plastic bottle mixers making quick drinks, we're creating the best craft and classic cocktails around downtown HB, that include fresh pressed organic juices and locally sourced ingredients. We're not a sports bar, but we love our sporting event watch parties, just with great food served hot, never heated.  We're somewhere in between,  and that's exactly the point.

25 Degrees has been a staple  of the downtown Huntington Beach scene  since 2004. Owned by a couple who spent years sitting at these same tables and calling it a second home before continuing the vision from previous owners. They took over because they believed in what is, was, and is supposed to be: somewhere you could eat exceptionally well without needing  a dress code, a special occasion, or a reason.

Our kitchen is scratch and chef crafted. Chef Lucio Martinez leads a team that takes the kind of care you'd expect from a restaurant that charges twice what we do. Every burger, every sauce, every plate comes from real technique and real ingredients , organic and locally sourced.  Not from a freezer and heated up. Our bar program features interchanging monthly themed cocktails, the proper methods for classic cocktails that we are famous for (try our Old Fashioned and Cucumber Collins) and our own 25 Degrees  Craft Cocktails (like our Red Head in Bed and the Jade Mistress). With one of, if not thee, most extensive spirit lists in Downtown Huntington Beach, we also carry rare, hard-to-find, and world renowned liquors, like Pappy Van Winkles 23 Year Family Reserve, wines selected with intention from our favorite wineries, domestic and craft beers, seltzers, and Non Alochol  craft cocktails that don't cut corners.

The space and ambiance has soul. There's a reason it feels like a speakeasy. Intimate, moody, vampy yet fun, edgy yet sophisticated. Family friendly and bright during the day, edgy, dim lit, and seductive at night  with great music always playing in the room. We host live music on weekends (check out events calendar featuring local, national, and international touring artists every Friday - Sunday), sports watch parties with themed sports food and drink specials, local charity events, fundraisers, and community partnerships that actually mean something to us.
